What You'll Do: As a Maintenance Technician at our Lakewood Service Center, your work ensures that our wash and processing equipment operates smoothly and reliably. Responsibilities include: Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues Completing preventive maintenance and safety inspections Supporting general building repairs such as plumbing, drywall, painting, and cleaning Collaborating with the maintenance team to identify and resolve recurring problems Ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and Tosca safety protocols Demonstrating strong understanding and consistent use of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures What We Are Looking For: We’re seeking a skilled, hands‑on technician who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will have: High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical) Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Knowledge of OSHA safety practices, including LOTO Electrical experience with schematics, PLCs, 480v/3‑phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic Mechanical experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and industrial controls Experience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is helpful but not required Willingness to work overtime as needed Work Schedule We hire Maintenance Technicians for both shifts at our Lakewood Service Center: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (Mon–Fri) 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM (Mon–Fri) Our Commitment to Equal Opportunity At Tosca, we believe in fostering a workplace where everyone is treated with respect and dignity.
