Project Manager

Project Manager/Project Management Specialist Mesa, AZ Onsite Position Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the onboarding of new statement of work into Fabrication Operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational capabilities.
• Oversee work movement and placement activities, coordinating both permanent and emergent work transitions.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Quality, and other support functions to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop comprehensive business cases, including return on investment (ROI) analyses, to support decision-making and resource allocation.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks proactively, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Analyze and summarize complex issues, develop innovative solutions, and coordinate resolution efforts across stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report status to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication among diverse teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to project management processes and onboarding practices.

- Development and Implementation of Program Management Best Practices Required Skill Set:

• Project management (around 5-10 years)
• Microsoft systems
• Process efficiencies
• Manufacturing experiences (production lifecycle)

Preferred Skill Set: - Communication and ability to work with various levels of business

- PMP

• Understand the flow of production
• Manufacturing support function (quality, manufacturing leadership, Industrial engineering background.

Education / Experience: Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience within production, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr International Erosion Control Association
