Job Details Position: Reconstruction Estimator Location: Charlotte, NC Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2–5 Years Salary: $65,000–$80,000 Key Responsibilities Visit project sites as needed to gather information for renovation and existing building projects. Prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive project bids. Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents. Perform quantity takeoffs and material calculations. Develop practical solutions tailored to client and project requirements. Utilize estimating software to prepare proposals and pricing. Collaborate with pre‑construction, project management, and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from estimating to execution. Qualifications 2–5 years of estimating or construction experience. Experience working on commercial construction projects, including multi‑story structures, is preferred. Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety standards. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary of $65,000–$80,000, based on experience.
