Project Manager

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from short-term initiatives to multi-month programs.

Track and coordinate multiple workstreams across technology, lines of business, and Member Value teams.

Facilitate project status meetings and ensure alignment across business and technical stakeholders.

Identify risks, dependencies, and potential conflicts between projects and develop mitigation plans.

Provide project updates, status reporting, and executive readouts to leadership teams when required.

Drive accountability, execution, and delivery against aggressive timelines and business objectives.

Senior-level Project Management experience.

Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across technology and business organizations.

Experience leading project status meetings and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to provide updates to leadership and executive audiences.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.

Experience supporting Digital Product Management organizations.

Experience within financial services, banking, or insurance environments.

Experience supporting onboarding, customer acquisition, or member experience initiatives.

Experience working in Agile environments.
