Management Role at Machinery Dealerships, King Ranch EnterpriseWhat to Expect in the Role:Develops, maintains and manages the execution of the service department strategic business plan for the organizationCreates and monitors annual service department goals and budget for the entire organization, in alignment with the organization's financial and operational objectivesDevelops, communicates, enforces, and monitors effective service department processes to ensure customer satisfaction as well as service department performanceMonitors service department performance relative to labor sales and expense control across the organization in line with the organization's objectivesDevelops, implements and reviews the service department employee compensation plansCreates and facilitates the execution of the service department marketing plan including advertising, marketing and promotional programs to grow labor sales for the organizationReviews the organization's customer satisfaction program to enhance and maintain customer relationships and training relative to service supportManages recruiting, staffing and employee development activities for the Service DepartmentMay participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledgeOperates and maintains vehicles, tools and equipment required to perform job responsibilitiesMaintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashionFollows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignmentsMaintains knowledge of John Deere and competitive productsWhat We Will Be Needing From You:Ability to perform basic computer functions; experience using Service ADVISOR™ or other computer based diagnostic repair tools preferredExperience leading a team and working cooperatively in a team environmentAnalyze and interpreting internal reportsValid driver's license required; CDL (Commercial Driver's License) preferred7+ years of experience working in a service department; demonstrated experience consistently meeting performance metrics preferredExperience with off road, construction, lawn, or heavy equipmentExperience operating vehicles, tools, and equipment for diagnostic purposesAssociates degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferredAbout Us:Not Just Cowboys…but we have those too!
