About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Operating Model, Product, and Client Solutions within its Strategic Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end operating model and product redesign for a portfolio of private assets services. This role involves a deep understanding of the business and client needs, and the ability to translate operational pain points into a defined scope, business case, and delivery plan. The SVP will also be tasked with defining the target operating model, developing and implementing best practice standards, and acting as the Operations voice in client interactions. Strong leadership skills, a transformational mindset, and a global perspective are essential, as is the ability to work closely with various teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions. Applicants should have 12-15 years' of experience in private assets, with a proven track record in operating model redesign, process re-engineering, or transformation initiatives in financial services. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and a professional accounting designation is a plus. The role demands a candidate with strong technical knowledge of private assets accounting and operations, the ability to see a service end to end, and experience with large or complex client relationships. The ideal candidate will be adept at business planning, budgeting, and stakeholder negotiation, and possess advanced computer skills. A deep technical and operational knowledge, curiosity, and a commercial and client-aware approach are also key attributes for this position.
