Clinician, $5000 Hiring Bonus, Methuen, MA

Key's Clinical Team is Growing! We are seeking a full-time Master's Level or Independently Licensed Clinician to work in a compliment of our regional Clinical services including residential program in Methuen, MA and Community based Outreach in Massachusetts and southern Nh. Total Compensation:

Salary: Generous starting salary*: Master's Level Clinician $70,000 - $73,000. Independently Licensed LICSW or LMHC Clinician $75,000 - $80,00.


A $5,000 hiring bonus is provided in 2 installments, $2500 after the completion of 3 months and $2500 at the completion of 6 months of employment.

*Starting salary ranges are based on having less than 2 years' experience and are negotiable commensurate with more experience. Additional compensation is provided for: bilingual skills, clinical intervention after hours, on-call rotation, supervision of interns, and becoming certified to facilitate Risking Connection Trauma-Informed training, and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training. Opportunities exist for future annual merit-based salary increases.

Qualifications: Master's degree in social work, counseling, or clinical psychology. One to three years of prior experience with adolescent, latency, or young adult population in residential or community-based settings. Licensed in the state of MA preferred, as an LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC. A driver's license and insured vehicle for employment.


Responsibilities:

• Work within a team to provide direct mental health services to children, youth and families, promote their emotional, behavioral and psychological well-being, and help them navigate the challenges they face.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, administer formal testing as required by licensing or contracting, and use assessment tools and interviews to gather relevant information and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment practices, and implement strategies and practices to engage children, youth and families.
• Utilize electronic health record system and state platforms to document and submit case documentation.
• Work collaboratively with external service providers and state partners to ensure an integrated approach to care.
• Independently licensed clinicians provide clinical supervision to Masters-level clinicians and supervise intern field placements.
• The position is not remote, requires working a scheduled to include one day each week into early evening hours (until 8pm) to accommodate families and children's schedules, and participation in the paid on-call rotation schedule.

The Key Program supports children, families, and emerging adults through trauma-informed, culturally grounded services that strengthen resilience, foster belonging, deepen community connections, and build a foundation for lasting well-being.. Key works in conjunction with the MA DCF, RI DCYF and NH DCYF and is an agency provider of community-based services, residential treatment programming, and outpatient mental/behavioral health services.
