3c Business Solutions Inc is looking for an experienced Lead Low Voltage Cabling Technician to join our growing team in Kaysville, UT. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive quality installations and guide a skilled team on commercial, government, religious & educational projects.

- Lead and supervise low voltage cabling installation crews on job sites
- Install, terminate, and test structured cabling systems including Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber optic cable
- Oversee installation of AV, security, access control, and structured data network systems
- Ability to read blueprints, floor plans, and technical schematics
- Ensure all work meets industry BICSI standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and clients on job site progress
- Troubleshoot and resolve cabling and connectivity issues efficiently
- 3+ years of hands-on low voltage cabling experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
- Proficiency in structured cabling, terminations, and cable testing fluke experience.
- Experience with fiber optic splicing and termination preferred
- BICSI, OSHA 10, or relevant low voltage certifications a plus
- Ability to read and work from blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to work in various physical environments including attics, crawl spaces, and elevated lifts.
- Must have a clean driving records and can pass a pre employment background & drug test.
