The Advanced Electronic Warfare Solutions (AEWS) product line is developing and delivering the future of electronic warfare (EW), today along with developing robust sustainment strategies for active platforms. Built on decades of proven fielded capability, rooted on robust operational analysis, and incorporating the most relevant needs of the warfighter, AEWS brings high technology readiness level (TRL) and manufacturing readiness level (MRL) solutions to address the most complex challenges for the United States Department of Defense (DoD). AEWS systems provide the most advanced situational awareness and countermeasures capabilities for both traditional and non-traditional platforms. In this role you will:

• Manage the execution of materials, equipment, supplies and services of a highly-specialized and complex nature through all phases of the program lifecycle.
• Lead and support the following actions:
• Author, manage and influence critical path releases of Statements of Works (SOWs) and plans to align with required schedules and subcontractor lead times
• Deliver quality customer service to both internal and external customers and foster and maintain good supplier relationships, while driving a Zero Defect mindset with suppliers.
• Participate in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company, as it pertains to the planned outsourced portion of the project(s).
• Develop and lead the material strategy for a program family, facilitating tasks, input, and support from an integrated product team (IPT) and the supply chain function.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Ability to travel approximately 10-20% of the time
• Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience
• Experience in Subcontract Management, Project Management or Supply Chain
• Strong demonstrated negotiation skills and strategies
• Experience in new business capture to include proposals
• Experience developing long-term strategies and tactical plans to achieve enterprise objectives.
• Successful, proven record of leading and managing multi-discipline project teams
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building, leading through influence, and the ability to effectively communicate (verbally and in writing) at all levels
• Ability to develop plans specifying goals, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources
• Experience with scope management and cost estimating, including estimate to complete/estimate at completion (ETC/EAC) processes.
• Ability to communicate with senior management regarding supplier performance status (cost / schedule / resources / risk) as well as performance to financial objectives
• Experience communicating externally either with customers or suppliers
• Technical and business acumen
• Control Account Management (CAM) experience (at minimum, CAM trained)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance - Secret

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Operations
• Masters Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration
• Prior experience as a project manager
• Experience leading cross-functional teams Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
• Program Management Institutes (PMI) Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Demonstrated Risk Management experience
• Experience with information systems such as Oracle
• Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures with associated knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
• Significant experience managing the development and compliance of requirements (SOWs, specifications, contractual terms, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills to handle many overlapping projects simultaneously

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
