Position: Food Service Barista/Cook

Location: Pueblo West High School

Work Year: 155 Days, 7 hours per day

Salary Range: $17.51-47.09 hourly ($17.51-$25.81 hourly for external candidates based on experience and education)

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Job Summary

The main objectives of this position are to operate a smooth/productive nutritional service department and to serve the students attractive and nutritious meals in an atmosphere of efficiency, cleanliness and warmth.

Qualifications

Required: High School Diploma or GED

Preferred: AA, BA, Food Service Safety certification

Experience: 2 years or more experience in quantity cooking and food preparation and one year on the job training as an assistant manager unless experience and job would warrant assignment.

Condition of Employment: Applicants must be willing to participate in District No. 70 Payroll Direct Deposit Program. All hires will complete a background check.
