Job Description: As a Family/Internal Medicine Physician, you will be an essential part of our innovative healthcare model. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment with reduced administrative burdens. Our team is designed to support you, allowing you to focus on patient care while benefiting from a robust system to streamline your workflow. We Offer:

- 2+ years of clinical outpatient experience, post-residency
- Current, unrestricted Arizona State license or eligibility for licensure
- Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Active registration or eligibility to register with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA)
- Active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; Athena preferred
- Medical, Dental, Life, Disability, and Vision insurance
- FSA coverages and a 401k savings plan
