Senior Fullstack Developer

DescriptionKforce has a client in Clearwater, FL that is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a collaborative Agile team focused on building and enhancing modern enterprise applications. This role offers the opportunity to work on both new development initiatives and ongoing platform modernization efforts, leveraging the latest technologies and AI-assisted development tools.Key Responsibilities:* Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and C#/.NET* Build and enhance RESTful APIs and enterprise-grade applications* Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions* Participate in technical design sessions, code reviews, and architectural discussions* Utilize AI-powered coding tools to improve productivity and code quality* Troubleshoot complex issues and implement sustainable, scalable solutions* Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiativesWork Arrangement:* Contract-to-Hire* Hybrid schedule (2-3 days onsite per week)Requirements* 5+ years of software development experience* Strong hands-on experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks* Experience developing applications with C#/.NET* Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar)* Strong understanding of SOLID principles, object-oriented programming, and software design best practices* Experience building and consuming REST APIs* Excellent communication and collaboration skills* Experience working within Agile development teams* Experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#/.NET, REST APIs, AI Coding Tools, Agile DevelopmentPreferred Qualifications:* Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)* CI/CD pipeline experience* Experience building highly scalable enterprise applications* Background in payroll, HR technology, or enterprise softwareJob TypeContractCompensation60 - $60
