Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to join the team at our Brooklyn Heights clinic in Brooklyn. Care Coordinators support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued, managing appointment flow, responding to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours (and within 24 hours), guiding patients through our out‑of‑network experience, greeting all patients with a smile, and delivering 5‑star customer service. Requirements Previous customer service experience. Hospitable, welcoming, and team‑oriented. Strong communication skills and ability to multi‑task. Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow. BA/BS degree preferred, not required. Manual dexterity to manipulate office equipment and make written notations. Ability to use computer keyboard 90% of each workday. Hearing acuity to communicate over the telephone. Visual acuity to read information on computer screen. Ability to sit, stand, walk for extended periods of time.
