As a Therapist, you will conduct culturally sensitive assessments, provide outpatient individual and family therapy, and develop crisis and safety plans to support clients' mental health journeys. You will actively participate in case consultations, discharge planning, and ensure timely documentation, billing, and insurance authorization. Qualifications include: a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related fields; a provisional license if required; and a strong commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality. Excellent communication skills, time management, and collaborative mindset are essential.
