The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales department, driving revenue growth, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of automotive sales, and the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve dealership sales goals.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to maximize individual and team performance.
• Manage sales budgets and forecast future sales trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and improve sales processes.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and vendors.

• Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPI management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management software.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
