Job Description

Aya locums is seeking a skilled CRNA to provide locum services in Three Rivers, MI . This is an excellent opportunity for a CRNA looking for an independent practice setting with a consistent, rotation-based schedule. Coverage is needed starting November 2, 2026 and is ongoing.

Job Details:

\n
• \n

  Case Types: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Peds Dental, ENT, Endo, and Podiatry. No heads, hearts, or spines. (Approximately 350 deliveries per year).

\n
• \n

  Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM dayshift (M-F). Call includes every 3rd weeknight and every 4th weekend (24-hour).

\n
• \n

  Support: All CRNA practice; providers work independently and must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals.

• \n

  EMR System: Cerner

\n

\n

Requirements:

\n

\n
• \n

  Board Certification: NBCRNA Required.

\n
• \n

  State License: Michigan (Required at time of submission).

\n
• \n

  Certifications: ACLS, PALS, and BLS.

\n
• \n

  Experience: Must have documented OB cases (minimum 4) within the last 12 months.

\n
• \n

  Credentialing: 60–90 day timeframe (Temps available for clean files).

\n
