Coordinate patient care by collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Communicate the patient's clinical condition appropriately. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response. Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles for age-appropriate care. Promote the profession of nursing through collegial support and interactions.
