The ideal candidate will hold certifications in one or more NDT methods, including but not limited to (RT, MT, PT, UT, VT, etc.), demonstrate professionalism in the field, and ensure the highest standards of data accuracy, client satisfaction, safety performance, and quality.· Excellent benefits, 401k match, paid vacation and holidays, overtime with full travel and per-diem paid.· Work with top-tier equipment and support teams in a high-impact environment.· Opportunities for training along with growth into other inspection or technical services, project management or leadership roles.· A performance-driven, safety-first culture built on trust, teamwork, and technical excellence.Primary Responsibilities:Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods in accordance with TEAM procedures, client specifications, and applicable codes.Accurately interpret, evaluate, and document test results using proper forms, digital systems, or reporting platforms.Supervise and guide NDT Assistants and support personnel during field operations.Calibrate and operate NDT equipment and related tools safely and effectively.Coordinate with project managers and clients regarding job scope, access, and results.Maintain detailed and timely records including reports, time sheets, and safety documentation.Ensure proper radiation safety practices (where applicable), including the use of dosimetry and area barricading.Adhere to TEAM's Life Critical Expectations and all site-specific safety protocols.Uphold industry codes and TEAM's standards of professionalism, integrity, and quality.Preferred Qualifications:Multiple NDT Level II certifications or ASNT/PCN/CGSB equivalencies.API 510/570/653, CWI, AMPP or other advanced certifications.Radiation Safety Training / IRRSP or State Industrial Radiographer Card (if applicable to RT).Familiarity with digital reporting systems or NDT data software.Prior experience working in refineries, petrochemical plants, pipeline projects, or fabrication shops.Current TWIC, OSHA 10/30, or other industry-standard safety certifications.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED equivalentValid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record.Ability to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening background check.Must be able to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.Ability to provide relevant documentation in support of obtaining one or multiple Team Level II Qualifications/Certifications in accordance with Team's written practice and certification schema.Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
