Our organization is in search of a board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist to become a part of our expanding practice in Vermont, specifically within Four Seasons Dermatology.

Since 2003, Four Seasons Dermatology has been dedicated to delivering tailored medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatological services to the communities of Vermont and northern New York. This full-time position presents an exciting opportunity as the practice continues to grow, recently welcoming a new Mohs surgeon to the team.

About the Practice

• A well-established practice that has been serving Vermont and northern New York since 2003, with four locations in Colchester, Waterbury, and Rutland, VT, as well as Plattsburgh, NY.

• A developing clinical team that includes physicians and Physician Assistants, with a new Mohs surgeon set to join in August 2026.

• A comprehensive practice that provides medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services, including skin cancer detection, Mohs surgery, Botox®/Dysport®, and SkinCeuticals skincare products.

• An excellent reputation among patients, primarily built through referrals, showcasing a strong community trust.

• Recognized as a Fellow practice of the American Academy of Dermatology, demonstrating a commitment to early skin cancer detection.

About the Role

• Deliver comprehensive medical dermatology services, including the diagnosis and treatment of conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and skin cancer.

• Conduct skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and various general dermatological procedures, with in-house Mohs surgery support for more complex cases.

• Work collaboratively with fellow physicians and Physician Assistants across our Vermont and New York locations.

• Play a significant role in enhancing patient care as the practice continues to expand.

What We're Looking For

• Board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist, MD or DO.

• Possession of an active Vermont medical license (or eligibility to obtain one).

• A patient-centered approach and a genuine enthusiasm for dermatological care.

• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative care team.

• A team-oriented individual who excels in a growing, patient-focused practice environment.
