Schedule & Call Details:

• 8-5 inpatient only (no clinic)
• Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
• Overnight/weekend call: 8:00 PM - 5:00 PM
• Call every night
• Call Type: 2nd Call / Backup
• Call Response Time: 15 minutes
• Call Ratio: 1:5

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Round on inpatient rehab patients
• Average daily census: 10-18 patients
• Facilitate admissions and discharges
• Admits and discharges: 1-6 per day
• Assigned rounding patients
• Admissions required
• Must be able to follow CMS guidelines

Patient Volume & Department Info:

• Patients per shift: 20+
• Beds in department: 60

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible - Required
• Comfortable managing inpatient rehab rounding, admissions, and discharges
• Experience with rehab hospital workflow preferred

Licenses & Certifications:

• Active Missouri License - Required or IMLC accepted
