Remittance Processing Specialist II - Operator-3rd Shift

Responsibilities Performed complex sorting and decisioning of non- standard or rejected transactions. Day-to-day functions of reject decisioning/processing. Pull rejected transactions from all processing areas using reports and audit trails with general knowledge of operations. Perform basic level transaction sorting and decision‑making. Header batched items with control documents and processing header. High‑speed mail extraction & scan on high‑speed and moderate to complex client handling using I‑Tran, IMBL, OPEX 30, 40, 50/51, 150 Falcon equipment. Process medium to high complexity client sorting and transaction decisioning, defined by client processing instructions. Process work accurately and maintain performance output according to department standards. Assist with training when needed. Qualifications Basic High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. Must be 18 years of age or older. Computer skills. Ability to read and make decisions. Work well independently and with others in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment. Team player with good interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to change and learn new processes. Must meet minimums for productivity and accuracy. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods. Preferred 1 year of experience. Compensation The compensation range for this position is $16.90 - $17.50 hourly. The position is eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, location, experience and internal equity.
