Licensed Clinical Social Worker

LifeStance Health seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide outpatient psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults. In a mission-driven, patient-centered setting, you'll complete biopsychosocial assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, deliver in-person and telehealth therapy, and coordinate care with psychiatrists and other clinicians. Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults Complete biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations Develop and update evidence-based, person-centered treatment plans Deliver care via in-person sessions and secure telehealth platforms Document sessions and treatment plans in the electronic health record Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinicians for coordinated care Conduct risk assessments and manage crises following protocols Participate in case consultation, supervision, and team meetings Maintain licensure, CE requirements, and compliance with regulations Required Skills Clinical assessment and diagnosis (DSM-5) Individual psychotherapy Crisis intervention and risk assessment Treatment planning and documentation Electronic health record (EHR) proficiency Telehealth service delivery Care coordination and referrals Outcome-based care and measurement Patient engagement and communication Cultural competency in mental health #J-18808-Ljbffr
