About Chimeable
Chimeable is a product sampling and UGC platform operating across the US and Canada. We partner with major CPG brands like P&G, Heinz, and e.l.f. Cosmetics to get products into the hands of real consumers, who try them, share authentic reviews, and create content for TikTok and Instagram. Our campaigns combine sampling, UGC, social posting, creator management, and fulfillment, all managed through the Chimeable platform.
The Role
We're looking for an Account Manager to own client relationships and run sampling and content campaigns from start to finish. You'll turn brand and agency goals into live campaigns, manage creators and shipments, review content, and report results. You'll be as comfortable leading a client call as you are reviewing creator videos or working in our campaign dashboard.
This role is based in southern Vermont. It's currently remote, with plans for an office in Manchester, VT, and involves occasional travel to client sites and trade shows across the US and Canada.
What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of brand and agency clients from kickoff through completion and renewal
- Translate client objectives into sampling, UGC, review, and social campaigns
- Build and launch campaigns on the Chimeable platform, including requirements, deliverables, instructions, and timelines
- Oversee creator participation, from recruitment and selection to product delivery and content submission
- Review creator content to ensure it meets campaign requirements and brand guidelines
- Write creator-facing communications, including invitations, instructions, reminders, and feedback
- Manage sample fulfillment with clients, warehouse partners, and internal teams
- Track deliverables and KPIs, proactively resolving issues that could affect timelines
- Prepare performance reports and present results and insights to clients
- Travel occasionally to client offices and trade shows
What We're Looking For
- Experience in UGC, creator or influencer marketing
- Strong understanding of short-form video platforms like TikTok and Instagram
- Extremely organized and proactive, able to juggle multiple campaigns, clients, and deadlines
- Strong writing skills and comfort giving clear, actionable feedback on content
- Both strategic and hands-on, comfortable in a startup where processes are still being built
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Based in or near southern Vermont
- 1–4 years in account management, client success, or campaign management is a plus
