Procurement Analyst (Procurement Analyst-General)Company:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an ExperiencedProcurement Analyst (Level 3) to join our dynamic Chinook team in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania.Position Responsibilities:Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projectsDevelops processes and tools to measure key performance indicatorsExtracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-planDevelops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goalsSupports the development and implementation of strategiesIdentifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flowsDistributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysisAssesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholdersDevelops risk mitigation planThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Shift:This position is for 1st shift.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):More than 5 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint.More than 5 years of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendationsExperience supporting deliverables for both internal and external customers.More than 5 years of experience working across multiple business units and interfacing with key stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor’s degree or higherMore than 5 years of experience preparing reports in support of data analysisMore than 5 years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processesMore than 5 years of experience managing and coordinating supply/demand imbalancesMore than 5 years of experience participating in analytics projects and initiatives across multiple functions and business units.Typical Education/Experience:Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience.
