We're looking for a teammate who is an innate people person, loves helping others, and has a knack for tenacious problem solving.This is an in office role, supporting our clinic in Starbase, TX. Our clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm CT with occasional evenings until 8pm CT.Here's what you'll do:Triage & Assessment: Evaluate acutely ill patients in-person or via phone. Take vital signs, record health histories, and update Electronic Medical Records (EMR).Patient Education: Teach patients how to manage chronic conditions (like diabetes or high blood pressure). Explain medications, treatments, and lifestyle changes.Care Coordination: Review patient data to make sure routine check-ups, cancer screenings, and preventive tests are completed on time. Handle prior authorizations and coordinate referrals.Clinic Procedures: Assist doctors with exams and in-office procedures, perform phlebotomy, administer vaccines, and give injections.About YouYou are a creative problem solver and a compassionate provider of support.
