Overview Pneumatics ACM/Starter Technician – HEICO Component Repair Group, a global leader in the overhaul and repair of aircraft components, is looking for a Pneumatics ACM/Starter Technician to join our highly skilled team. The position requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement in the aerospace industry. Location: Miami, Florida, United States Employment Status: Full-Time Career Level: Experienced Non-Manager Responsibilities As a Pneumatics ACM/Starter Technician, you will: Maintain and repair aircraft air cycle machines (ACMs) and pneumatic starter systems Diagnose failures and perform repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications Document work performed and maintain a clean, organized workstation Collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and other technicians to ensure compliance with FAA and company quality standards Adhere to safety and regulatory compliance protocols in a production environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school certification is a plus 5+ years of experience in aerospace component repair preferred (ACM and/or starter systems experience highly desirable) Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and precision tools Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, and repair instructions Familiarity with FAA regulations and airworthiness standards is preferred Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Team-oriented, reliable, and safety-conscious Benefits Health & Dental insurance 401(k) with company match Disability & Life insurance Flexible spending accounts Paid time off and paid holidays How to Apply Interested candidates may apply online or receive assistance in person at 7875 NW 64th Street, Miami, FL 33166.
