Technology Product Manager

Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of technology products supporting business objectives and operational effectiveness. Partner with stakeholders to define product requirements and translate business needs into actionable plans. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with product strategy and roadmap. Define and manage product features, user stories, and backlog items. Gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements. Collaborate with user experience, engineering, and architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Coordinate testing, release management, and rollout activities. Monitor product performance and analyze user feedback to recommend enhancements. Work with external vendors to evaluate solutions, support implementation, and monitor service delivery. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required 4-6 years of experience in product management, technology delivery, business analysis, or a related field required Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent certification preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in product management and technology delivery, with a strong focus on translating business needs into actionable product strategies. Proficient in managing product features, user stories, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational effectiveness.
