At Intellistars ABA, we believe better care begins with caring better . We provide compassionate, individualized ABA therapy based on each child’s unique needs, strengths, and environment. We primarily provide services in children’s homes and in privately owned daycares and schools, allowing us to become part of their natural environment and celebrate their progress alongside their families.

Position Overview

The Physician Liaison & Business Development Coordinator is a community-facing, relationship-driven role focused on developing strong connections with pediatricians, psychologists, therapists, educators, and other referral partners.

This individual will represent Intellistars within the community, increase awareness of our services, develop referral relationships, support business growth, and coordinate meaningful client, family, and employee events.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with physicians, psychologists, therapists, educators, and community partners.

• Conduct regular outreach, including in-person visits, networking, and follow-up with referral sources.

• Educate professionals and community organizations about Intellistars ABA and our approach to care.

• Identify new referral and business development opportunities and help strengthen Intellistars’ presence in the community.

• Coordinate and support family and community events, including sensory events, open houses, and educational programs.

• Coordinate employee appreciation events and initiatives that support employee engagement and company culture.

• Track outreach, referral activity, partnerships, and business development efforts.

• Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams to support regional growth and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, business development, community outreach, physician relations, or a related field.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.

• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.

• Professional, personable, confident, and comfortable with in-person outreach and networking.

• Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills.

• Proactive, creative, and motivated to identify new opportunities.

• Event planning or community engagement experience is a plus.

• Knowledge of ABA or experience working with children and families is strongly preferred.

• Ability to travel locally for physician visits, networking, and events.
