Production Operator | Madison, AL Pay: $15.00/hour starting pay, with an attendance bonus of up to $2.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–2:30 PM, with every other Saturday required Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Job Impulse is hiring Production Operators in Madison, AL, for a leading electronic manufacturing company. What You'll Do Perform repetitive bench and assembly line production tasks. Operate manufacturing equipment according to established procedures. Follow quality standards and complete production documentation. Maintain a safe work environment by following safety guidelines. Report quality issues or unsafe working conditions to management. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow workplace safety guidelines. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Availability to work Monday–Friday and every other Saturday.
