Physical Therapist

Union Wellness Center provides comprehensive healthcare exclusively to members of 11 local trade unions and their families. Our physical therapy model is unique, with true one-on-one care for a full hour , allowing therapists to focus entirely on the patient rather than managing a high-volume schedule. Our PTs work closely with the on-site primary care team , creating an integrated approach to patient care and allowing for direct communication and collaboration when needed. Because our services are not driven by traditional insurance billing, therapists have greater clinical autonomy and can focus on what the patient actually needs rather than what insurance will authorize or reimburse. This is an opportunity for a physical therapist who values quality over quantity, meaningful patient relationships, clinical autonomy, and collaborative care . The goal is simple: give our patients the time, attention, and treatment they need to get better.
