Project Manager III

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Project Manager III to oversee multiple client projects at the High Point, NC softgel manufacturing site. The role involves managing project portfolios, maintaining client relationships, ensuring financial milestone execution, and mentoring junior project staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client projects with accountability for deliverables and financial milestones
- Serve as primary relationship manager and internal client advocate for assigned portfolios
- Lead risk mitigation and issue escalation processes with site leadership coordination
- Monitor project performance using tracking tools and communicate variances to stakeholders
- Provide training and mentorship to project managers and project coordinators
Requirements
- Experience managing multiple concurrent client projects and strategic accounts
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal resources
- Proficiency with project management tools such as SmartSheet and MySupply
- Strong client relationship and account management experience
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and compliance requirements
- Ability to track financial metrics, KPIs, and project performance
