Overview:

We're seeking Logistics Representatives with the grit and ambition to run the full cradle-to-grave freight cycle—and eventually run the branch. This is a rare W-2 opportunity to build your own book of business with full autonomy and the backing of a strong logistics brand.

You'll start by doing it all: prospecting, booking freight, managing customers, and covering your own loads. What You'll Do:

• Cradle-to-Grave Freight Management: Source, sell, and cover loads end-to-end
• Sales & Business Development: Prospect new shippers and build a sustainable, diversified customer base
• Account Management: Maintain and grow client relationships with a focus on high service levels
• Carrier Procurement: Build and manage carrier relationships to move freight cost-effectively
• Branch Development: Scale your book with the long-term goal of leading your own branch and team
• Leadership: Set the tone for performance, culture, and accountability as you move into management

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of freight brokerage or logistics experience
• Proven success in sales and customer acquisition
• Strong carrier network and freight knowledge
• High drive, entrepreneurial mindset, and leadership ambition
• Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure
• Desire to build something long-term, not just a job
