Job Description Job Specifications:

• Pay Rate: $21/hr
• Shift: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with overtime as required

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and walkie machines (with in-house training, no prior certification needed)
• Unload, separate, and inspect incoming freight and packaging
• Receive and process shipments using AS400 system (training provided)
• Label, band, stage, load, and unload trucks efficiently
• Perform data entry duties with Excel
• Deliver customer service and manage daily email correspondence
• Maintain flexibility and adaptability for overtime based on customer needs
• Embrace ownership and accountability in all aspects of warehouse operations

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior warehouse or lab experience preferred
• Proficient in basic computer skills; Excel knowledge required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to be a team player with a collaborative mindset
• Eagerness to cross-train and learn new skills
• Flexible availability for overtime and changing responsibilities
• Strong communication skills and customer-centric approach
