- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, government customers, and internal technical teams to support circuit issues, number assignments, porting activity, trunk configuration, and service restoration.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation for voice infrastructure, phone inventories, extension assignments, dial plans, call flows, topology diagrams, standard operating procedures, and change records.
- Plan and execute approved network and voice changes through established change management processes while minimizing risk to mission operations.
- Support cybersecurity and compliance requirements by maintaining secure configurations, assisting with vulnerability remediation, supporting audit requests, and following federal security standards and operational procedures.
- Provide technical guidance to junior technicians or support staff for voice endpoint configuration, troubleshooting steps, and escalation procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
- U.S. citizenship required due to federal security requirements.
- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise network and voice infrastructure in federal, defense, intelligence, or similarly secure environments.

- Working knowledge of VoIP technologies, SIP, RTP, QoS, dial plans, gateways, trunks, voicemail systems, and unified communications platforms.
- Strong understanding of core networking concepts, including TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, routing, switching, LAN/WAN connectivity, network segmentation, and troubleshooting.

- Ability to troubleshoot voice and network issues using logs, packet captures, monitoring tools, call traces, command-line diagnostics, and vendor support resources.
- Familiarity with secure configuration management, change control, incident management, vulnerability remediation, and documentation requirements in a federal environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to support end users, brief technical issues, and coordinate effectively with engineering teams and government stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
