As our newest Sales Manager , you will be responsible for managing and strategic planning of a full cycle, new business, account executive team. You will be overseeing and responsible for driving a signficant portion of accessiBe's revenue, focusing on growing our direct sales (B2B) team as we continue to grow to new industries, geographies and products. What you’ll be doing: Managing and growing a team of high performing account executives to drive long-term relationships with our customers Continuously improve the processes, analysis, and tactics deployed by our teams to drive revenue and ARR growth Evaluate and maintain behavioral and growth tactics Strategically plan and implement new initiatives that support growth, analysis, and sales best practices Requirements: 5-10+ years of sales management experience Experience in managing a team of Account Executives Sales process understanding of revenue sharing models/sell through Understanding of sales methodologies (cold calling, value selling, closing) Ability to thrive and work fast in a competitive environment Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making Ambitious and result-oriented with excellent communication skills If you are passionate about driving growth, enjoy navigating complex sales environments, and have a proven track record of strategic business development, we encourage you to apply.
