Position Summary The client is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager with a strong background in middle market and large commercial accounts. This person should come from a competitive, metrics driven environment and be ready to join a growing organization that values exceptional client service and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Deliver high quality, relationship focused client service Manage the full renewal process, including gathering information, marketing accounts, preparing proposals, and presenting to clients Issue certificates of insurance with a two hour response standard Document all client and carrier communications in Applied Epic Set up CSR24 for clients and use Indio to obtain renewal information Request and manage loss runs using Loss Run Pro Process policy endorsements accurately and efficiently Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and carriers by phone and email Help train and support less experienced team members Requirements Ten or more years of commercial lines experience as a middle market or large account Customer Service Representative or Account Manager Proficiency with Applied Epic Strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail with a strong sense of personal accountability Comfortable with direct and candid communication Ability to excel in a fast paced and evolving environment Experience insuring contractors Experience working remotely if applying for a remote role Availability during core business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central time Experience managing large schedules of vehicles and equipment Residence in Oklahoma or Texas Experience with middle market oil and gas accounts with annual premiums greater than 250,000 Preferred Qualifications Experience insuring oil and gas companies Proficiency with Indio and CSR24 Professional designations such as CRIS, CRIR, CIC, CLCS, or ERIS Experience working with carriers such as Travelers, BITCO, NAICO, Mid Continent, Chubb, and with captive insurance programs Contract surety experience Work Environment Team oriented, entrepreneurial culture with collaborative decision making Competitive environment with a strong focus on writing new business and the opportunity to contribute to a high performing team A 6,000 square foot flagship office in Oklahoma City with abundant natural light, whiteboard walls, and a state of the art conference room Building amenities include a café, outdoor patio, and gym Remote work option available for proven remote performers with references that can verify past success working from home Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Gym membership at the on site gym Remote work flexibility for qualified candidates with prior remote experience Paid time off 401(k) after six months Agency performance bonus opportunity Significant growth potential, including advancement into marketing, production, and other leadership or specialty roles as the agency continues to expand #J-18808-Ljbffr The James Allen Companies Inc
