CDL Driver — Concrete Mixer

Chicopee Concrete Service invites qualified CDL A or CDL B drivers to apply for immediate openings delivering concrete across Western MA. This position centers on safely operating a concrete mixer truck, meeting scheduled delivery windows, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness and readiness. We seek dependable, hardworking people who communicate well, show initiative, and contribute to a cohesive team environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum age: 21
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid CDL A or B license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented
• Organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities include:

Operate assigned concrete mixer safely and legally, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and keep the truck clean and stocked. Deliver concrete to a variety of sites in the Pioneer Valley, interact professionally with customers and foremen, and follow dispatch instructions. Be prepared to work flexible shifts, accept overtime when necessary, and promptly report any safety concerns, accidents, or equipment issues to supervisors.
