RN Vascular Clinic Coordinator

Overview Do you have the career opportunities as an RN Vascular Clinic Coordinator you want with your current employer? We have an exciting part‑time role to join Methodist Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare. This position performs direct patient care within the scope of the nurse practice act, and plans, coordinates and implements the care of valve patients in the outpatient setting. The coordinator acts as a liaison with physicians, patients, families and ancillary departments, and maintains communication among medical, nursing, financial and research staff. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing and current license by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas. Experience: At least 3 years of Cardiology or Critical Care RN experience. Competencies: Completion of initial and ongoing training specific to the service line, facility and department/unit; working knowledge of Microsoft Office, medical terminology and diagnostic imaging software.
