Make an Impact.We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical and electrical challenges, and keeping operations running at peak performance. If you have experience in manufacturing maintenance and like working with automated equipment, this could be a great fit.You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving production and packaging equipment while helping ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across the facility.What You'll Be DoingAs a Maintenance Technician, you'll:Troubleshoot and repair production and packaging equipmentPerform preventative and predictive maintenance to reduce downtimeWork on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsSupport production teams with machine setups, adjustments, and changeoversDiagnose issues with:PLCs & HMIsMotors & pumpsConveyorsPalletizersAir compressorsWater heatersAutomated control systemsTroubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V, including 3-phase motorsComplete work orders and maintenance documentation using CMMS softwarePerform equipment rebuilds, fabrication, and basic welding when neededPartner with operators, supervisors, and fellow technicians to solve issues and improve performanceParticipate in continuous improvement and safety initiativesWhat We're Looking ForRequired Experience5+ years of industrial maintenance experienceStrong troubleshooting skills in both electrical and mechanical systemsExperience reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manualsHands-on experience with:PLCsMotorsPumpsSensorsAutomated production equipmentExperience working safely with electrical systems up to 480VKnowledge of pneumatics, compressors, and preventative maintenance programsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and teamwork skillsBonus Points ForFood manufacturing experienceIndustrial maintenance certifications, apprenticeship, or technical trainingPLC troubleshooting and automation experienceFabrication and basic welding skillsExperience with packaging equipment such as conveyors and palletizersFamiliarity with HMIs and automated process control systemsWhy People Love Working HereThis is more than just a maintenance role.
