The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.Job Description:Managing day to day FM operations under his/her ClusterManaging day to day lead time and success rateManaging timely pickup based on seller preference with due diligence of achieving best seller experienceManaging daily attendance and productivity of handled ClusterManaging key processes, generating measurable reports and driving performance to excellenceManaging equal route distribution towards target truck productivity set by ManagementAudit and validate operational SOP are being metSupport and resolves escalations and shall be able to provide long & short term solutionsSupport cost efficient and effective projects for overall SPXResponsible for Cluster lead time, seller requests and performanceResponsible for weekly and monthly review of handled ClusterPerform duties and responsibilities assigned by reporting managerRequirements:Requirement:Bachelor's Degree in the related fieldMust have work experience in the related fieldPeople management skills and experience leading a large teamStrong analysis and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalGood team playerAdaptive with the fast-paced culture of the team #J-18808-Ljbffr Shopee
