Automotive Sales Associate

Job Description
The Automotive Sales Associate plays a key role within the sales team by engaging with customers, providing detailed product knowledge, and facilitating the sales process. This role involves using mobile sales apps and dealership CRM systems to generate leads, process sales, and maintain follow-up communication. With no regular travel requirements, occasional travel may occur for events or training. The position offers growth opportunities focusing on individual sales performance and potential advancement into sales management.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert product knowledge to customers
- Engage customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Process sales transactions efficiently
- Generate and qualify sales leads
- Maintain consistent follow-up communication with prospective buyers
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in automotive sales
- Valid driver's license
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Strong sales negotiation skills
- Comprehensive automotive product knowledge
- Effective communication and customer service abilities
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
