Job Details:

Position Title: Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist)

This role transcends the typical Clinic Director position — it offers the chance to become an Equity Partner and play a pivotal role in establishing a clinic from the ground up. You will have input on clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience while collaborating with an organization that has successfully launched over 400 clinics across the country. Our company will provide comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management, ensuring you and your clinic thrive.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 annually

Additional Compensation: This role is also eligible for a Clinic Director Bonus Plan, Equity opportunities, and assistance with Student Loan Repayment or Relocation.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated commitment and experience in a healthcare environment.
• Previous experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous but not essential.
• A genuine passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
