The company operates six locations across central and southern Connecticut and provides both emergency and nonemergency medical care to facilities and communities throughout the state. Your Impact: * Responds to instructions from emergency medical dispatchers and performs assignments in a timely manner. * Operates emergency vehicles in accordance with regulations and company policy * Assures proper stocking, re-stocking and maintenance of medical supplies and equipment * Provides accurate and timely written and typed communication on patient disposition * Provides patient assessment, treatment and transport within applicable regulations * High School Diploma or GED * Current State of Connecticut EMT Certification in good standing. * Current American Heart Association CPR or the ability to obtain and maintain an American Heart Association CPR Certification within 30 days of hire. * Valid Driver’s License and an excellent driving record.
