Description American Traveler seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist for a hospital OR position requiring experience with da Vinci robotics and multiple surgical specialties. Details Hospital-based general OR and ambulatory OR setting with trauma exposure Cases span general surgery, orthopedics, vascular, neuro, gynecology, and urology Experience with da Vinci robotics required Day shift schedule, 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00am-5:30pm with a rotating day off Required call coverage Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as an ORT/CST required BLS certification required NBSTSA certification required State or Compact license required if applicable Experience across vascular, gynecology, neuro, general surgery, orthopedic, urology, ENT, bariatric, and thoracic procedures preferred Additional Information First-time travelers will be considered for this position Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates are not accepted Former staff must be separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler All requested RTO must be listed at time of consideration, with no more than 3 days typically approved and none during the first week of orientation Onboarding requires completion of core items/labs within 48 hours of contract signing Epic charting experience preferred These details are based on information provided by the facility and may include inaccuracies or be subject to updates.
