Facilities Technician 1

A Facility Technician I will perform routine facility maintenance tasks at Pall Corporation in New Port Richey, FL. The work schedule is Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, with some weekends and overtime responsibilities. The role requires U.S. citizenship or proper government authorization to work with export‑controlled commodities and technology. This on‑site position reports to the Facilities Manager and supports the company’s commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To Perform routine maintenance, such as repairing office furniture, replacing light fixtures, and maintaining air‑conditioning and heating systems to ensure a safe, comfortable environment. Conduct regular inspections of the facility’s systems, confirm compliance with safety regulations and operational policies, and implement solutions when issues arise. Support continuous improvement and operational readiness by assembling equipment, performing emergency repairs, and providing grounds support, with flexibility to work overtime and off‑shifts. The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent, and a valid motor vehicle record and physical/environmental clearance to occasionally drive equipment. Knowledge in at least one trade: Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing, or another allied trade. Self‑starter who can follow instructions, read adjustable measuring instruments and gauges requiring interpretation. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements Ability to lift 0–10 lbs continuously, 11–20 lbs frequently, 21–100 lbs occasionally, and push/pull 0–25 lbs frequently, 26–100 lbs occasionally with assistance if needed; bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, reach above shoulder continuously, crawl frequently, and climb.
