What You’ll Do

• Build & Assemble: Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and precision equipment to assemble high-performance fans and motors.

• Maintain Quality: Perform basic quality checks to ensure every product meets our high standards before it heads out the door.

• Keep Things Moving: Work in an active, fast-paced environment where time flies.

• Prioritize Safety: Follow simple safety guidelines to keep yourself and your teammates safe every day.

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical Aptitude: Comfort using basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches) and power tools (drill drivers, torque tools).

• Active Energy: Ability to stand, move, and work on your feet for most of the workday.

• Attention to Detail: Pride in producing clean, accurate, quality work.

• Reliability: good work ethic, good attendance, and a positive team attitude.

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or mechanical experience is a plus, but if you have the right drive and dexterity, we are willing to train!

work hours: 11 PM - 7:30 AM
