Qualifications Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license (required) 12 months of caregiving experience in Home Care, Assisted Living/Memory Care, Skilled Nursing/Nursing Home, Hospital or Hospice (required) Current CPR certification (preferred) Excellent customer service skills Strong communication (written, verbal, and active listening) Problem-solving skills Time management skills Ability to work in an electronic medical record system Ability to lift 50 lbs Good understanding of body mechanics Strong understanding of professional boundaries Valid driver's license (required) Valid Auto Insurance (required) Responsibilities Perform personal care activities related to daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, skin care, etc.) Review patient care plans Assist with lifting and transferring patients Assist with range of motion, positioning, exercise, and ambulation Assist with dining and nutrition Maintain electronic medical records Work under the direction of a Case Manager RN Benefits Competitive salary Company car with fuel and insurance covered Company cell phone Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Generous PTO accruing immediately 401(k) with company matching We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
