In-Home Service Program Supervisor

In-Home Service Supervisor Job Description Title: In-Home Service Program Supervisor Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, the candidate must speak fluent English and be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. Duties Develop monthly Home Care Aide (HCA) work schedules and arrange substitutes when an assigned HCA is on vacation or absent. Enter client contracts into the computer system and monitor service hours. Monitor preferred HCA performance on a monthly basis. Conduct one-on-one meetings with each HCA every three months. Conduct participant home visits twice per year for HCAs, quarterly for preferred HCAs, and complete an annual client satisfaction survey. Assist HCAs with their needs. Resolve disputes between HCAs and participants. Complete 24 hours of in-service training annually. Process job applications for new HCAs. Arrange pre-service training and orientation for new HCAs. Coordinate quarterly in-service training for HCAs. Review all required state documentation for HCAs and clients to ensure compliance, and upload documents to TTP.
