Follow proven systems while independently managing your schedule, priorities, and daily activity. Participate in ongoing leadership and personal development training. This is an independent, performance-based role rather than a traditional salaried position. Income is based on individual results, with no fixed salary. Requirements 10+ years of professional experience in marketing, business development, growth strategy, consulting, communications, client relationships, leadership, or a related field. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A results-oriented mindset with the initiative to turn plans into consistent action. Self-directed and proactive, with strong organization and follow-through. Comfortable learning and applying established marketing and business-development systems. An interest in continued personal and professional development. Comfortable with an independent, performance-based income structure rather than a traditional fixed salary.
