Journeyman Plumber

A.J. LeBlanc Heating is hiring an experienced Journeyman Plumber for year‑round residential plumbing service and installation work in Southern New Hampshire. This role is ideal for a licensed New Hampshire journeyman plumber who values stability, craftsmanship, and a professional work environment. Responsibilities Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation with attention to quality and detail Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, sump pumps, and related equipment Run, repair, and replace water supply lines and drain, waste, and vent (DWV) piping Diagnose and resolve leaks, clogs, low‑pressure issues, and other plumbing problems Install gas piping for appliances in accordance with code (where licensed) Communicate clearly with homeowners about the work and how their systems operate Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Keep your truck organized, stocked, and ready for the day Work with office staff and fellow technicians to deliver a smooth customer experience Qualifications Current New Hampshire Journeyman Plumber license (required) 2+ years of plumbing experience preferred Strong working knowledge of plumbing code and best practices Professional communication and customer service mindset Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in basements, crawl spaces, and tight areas Skills Residential plumbing, water heater installation, fixture and faucet installation, repiping, drain and sewer work, DWV systems, gas piping, leak detection, troubleshooting, code compliance, and customer service. Schedule Full‑time, year‑round. Standard daytime hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime and on‑call rotation.
